Hi Ellie, great work on the submission. Really excited to see how you fully develop the story. I'm very curious to see what's behind the door as I'm rooting for Alice to go through it. Don't worry about not having made the progress you may have hoped to when you started this. You're building a good story here so keep at it. I like the visuals as well and how you shaded the scenes to draw the viewer's eye. Though the one critique I had was that it was not always consistent. Especially in scenes that were busy. But that's a very minor detail that can be corrected in your editing phase. Best of luck!

Be proud of what you've made so far! I was only able to complete Act One of my story, so you're definitely not alone on that front.

What you have right now is wonderful. Your characters look really good, and your shading choices make the shots' messages and emotions very clear and readable. Your Act One has a pretty strong hook when it comes to Alice's desire for adventure, not being able to voice her true feelings and going around the world alone. It makes the shadow world very tempting, to be honest.

I looove your art style! The framing of your boards feels professional level and are very good quality. I really like this story, too. Its sad, but very engaging and seems to have a lot of good potential. Great work! Congrats on completing the XP- you should feel very proud :)
