This is such an adorable story so far, loved the action and storyboard beats and animation you you include. The music and sound effects are so effective, and the story is very clear with the action of the baby angels and their environment! And ahh the ending I'm so worried for the little angel, I hope one of the guardians helps them out. I'm hooked and look forward to seeing your act 3!

Good work! I was impressed by your detailed story frames. The emotion of your characters was very clear and compelling. I also enjoyed the sound effects and music that you added. I am curious about what you have in mind for a possible act 3. Congrats!

I really enjoyed your animated action and expressive emotions. I did become a bit confused to what happened to the friend, we see her leave the pack realizing the main character has wondered off once again. I am curious if it would be interesting to show her journey to him by integrating her journey as he is running and stumbling chasing after this butterfly. By the way I really loved his sequence of not giving up to get that butterfly. I felt like I could feel each bump and bruise he was experiencing. Good luck with the rest of your creative journey!

Showing the baby girls journey was also part of the plan, but my life happened. The arc I have planned for her is to overcome her shyness and speak up to ask for help. But you know...life happens.

I really liked the interesting frames you have.
I got a little confused with the space where the protagonist ends, it would be good to review the rules of this world.
Hopefully we can see the end at some point.

This story is well made I think you could work on the story development and shorten some parts to show the baby traveling. There could be more camera zoom ins and movement in order to show the baby's emotions. The sound effects and music turned out great I liked the use of musical sound effects like the cymbals crashing to show the thunder.

Hi! I think this is the first submission I see from you, I really like it!
I love that you have only used visual and sound effects to tell your story, everything is really clear, congratulations! I particularly appreciate the use of different music, you have managed to emphasise the joy as well as the drama. I have a little doubt regarding the lion, why is he teaching the babies how to meet their parents? Also, at 01:56 I don’t understand where the baby falls.
If you’re interested in continuing this story in the future, I would suggest you to give a little bit more context about the world where they’re leaving, since I didn’t understood that they were angels. If they’re angels, do they live in heaven or something like that? Why is there a dark forest near an area surrounded by babies?
I’m really looking forward to see how the story ends! Congratulations on finishing the Xperiential program!

I agree with you in regards to flushing it out more and slowing the pacing to establish the surroundings. The lion is preparing these angel babies how to prepare to go be part of a family. They in all live in a heavenly sky realm and the babies (in little herds) are watched by the Guardians (the lion beings). The dark forest is the the place where thunderstorms are formed.
Thanks again for your feedback.

Wow! That is a lot of work! Congratulations! It' looks soo good! There is great suspense and love the innocent feeling of our spirits before we go to earth. I can see custom music making this a grand story! The vibe I have watching this is that of the movie , a Studio Gibli studios like Totoro with muted water color backgrounds and orchestrated music similar to Ponyo. I can't wait to see what happens next! Good job!

Very cool story! :)
The shot at 0:14 went by very quickly. I can see you direct our attention well (with the more pronounced faces of your characters, and their big black hair), but considering the amount of visuals I had to stop and rewatch. Maybe the butterfly could also be more visible?
Very cool shot-switches in the parts following, especially "presentation in the distance"
The scary music when the boy leaves is unsettling and quite cool. I'm wondering if it's too harsh for how sweet the video is in general, but I'm liking it personally.
The switch to carefree music when we're seeing him chase the butterfly is nice :)
The amount of distance that he seems to have gone and is actually going (perspective from her within the group versus his own perspective) seems quite different. Was that on purpose?
Oh no that big rock at 1:45 - is he going to bump into it? (I'm not seeing it come back, might be just he'd fallen on the ground?)
The dark undertones when he's entering the forest are good in foreshadowing tension.
Good choice for music and great choice for that ominous tone.
At 3:25, the branch looks like a claw or eye as well - was that on purpose?
Oh noo he's still stuck in there...
Very nice story, the tension's tangible even without any speech. The amount of stress and sadness in the girl when he's just a bit away is already heart-wrenching, and then his too-big adventure is, too.
I'm really hoping for a nice ending :)

Thank you for your feedback. It's not the most polished as far as continuity in regards to the rock. He was to jump off the rock. I can certainly make the butterfly more pronounced when I get the chance to go back and clean up more. I think that could help too.
I did want the perspective distance to be far, because with babies (depending on the age in months) you cover an object the object tot them is considered gone forever.
Yes the branch is to look like a claw. It's a scary thunder forest. =)
Thanks again for watching and providing feedback. I really appreciate it

Nice job! Your drawings and visuals are really well done! And it’s impressive to be able to tell a story without any vocals.
I definitely want to see what happens next. Is the lesson here about paying attention to directions? Like the baby shouldn’t have gotten bored on gone astray?
I’m curious how the baby gets out of the forest! Nice work!

My storyboard is not 100% complete but I am satisfied with how it came out. This is still a work in progress but this is way further from where I started. Due to personal reasons (and my job) I could not get to act 3. It is rather rough, but I am proud of it.
This is my what if and angel baby got distracted when going to meet his parents.
