First off, your artwork is amazing and I'm very impressed by your attention to detail and craftsmanship. The story itself, although nice and simple is greatly portrayed through beautiful artwork and carefully though animations! I can't wait to see how this project turns out when its complete! Congrats on submitting the first part of your story. I have to say that I am impressed how much detail you put into each frame. If time is running out you could think about reducing the amount of detail and only drawing what is important in the story. But it helps with the world-building! So far you did great with editing and sound effects too. I am curious how the story further develops, and if Mr. Walrus overcomes his fears!

The way you have drawn your buildings is absolutely beautiful <3 The receding buildings and perspective are on point. I think you are setting up your story really well with this first minute. The scenery is really nice and introducing the kiddos slowly will work well to support the rest of your story. Great job!

I was watching with a smile on my face! Love the music, strong drawing and perspective ability! Also love the angles and shots especially when the kid hold the guy’s hand ! Looks really good and excited to see it all!

You draw lovely artwork with a lot of detail. Mr. Walrus's personality is easily readable with your use of panning and close up shots. The mise en scene for his apartment was delightful. I would definitely would like to see more scenes of course when he meets the little girl but you did good Lizzy. Keep it up!

Yay! I remember looking at your earlier work and am so glad to have caught your reel. This is extremely cute, you have wonderful character designs, and you are able to convey a lot of emotion with minimal frames. Mr. Walrus's anxiety, the innocence of the child, and the child hold Mr. Walrus's finger in her tiny hand are fantastic, poignant images. This leaves me wanting more in a good way, and I hope you keep developing this because it has some very strong themes and a good message. Great job and congratulations on your reel, you did a spectacular job!

I like the ambience and the relaxing vibes the intro displays. I was a lil confused by the sudden change of music tempo when he went for a newspaper, I thought he was in danger lol my guess is that hes scared to be seen due to his abnormalities but is relieved when the lil girl accepts him. I know you said its rushed so I cant fully comment but more time could be used to breath the story and more expressions from the jolly looking fellow to better undrstand his thought proccess. Over all i really liked it, just needs some more time :)
